3. Payments & Refunds
All purchases—digital products, coaching sessions, courses, or event tickets—are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital downloads and coaching services, all sales are final.

4. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a partnership focused on growth and accountability. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. You acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally responsible for yourself during and after coaching sessions.

5. Event Policies
Event dates, speakers, and locations may be subject to change. Tasha Talks Life LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. If an event is canceled, attendees will be offered a transfer or credit where appropriate.

6. Community Conduct
Members of any Tasha Talks Life LLC community agree to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a positive environment. Harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tasha Talks Life LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from using our services, programs, or content.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
